Die-cut stickers are cut all the way through the vinyl and the backing along the outline of your design, so every sticker comes out as its own piece in the exact shape of your artwork, with no square border around it. We print and cut them at our shop at 18 Raitherm Road in North York, Toronto, where Button Bros has been making custom products since 1990. Orders start at 10 pieces, and every order comes with a free digital proof, so you can check your sticker before we print anything.

Die-cut stickers for logos, merch and giveaways
Logo stickers and merch are the classic use for die-cut. Businesses hand them out at events, tuck them into packaging inserts and add one to every order they ship. Bands, artists, schools, teams and clubs sell them at shows and markets. Because the sticker follows your artwork, a logo, mascot or illustration looks like a finished piece instead of a picture on a square. Customers put them on laptops, water bottles, phone cases, notebooks and coolers.
Handing out stickers by the hundred? Kiss-cut stickers are cut through the vinyl only, so each sticker stays on its backing and is easy to peel, and they have no minimum order.
Die-cut labels for products and packaging
Die-cut labels are the same weatherproof vinyl, cut to the shape of your label. Makers and small brands use them on jars, boxes, bags and bottles, and on mailers and gift packaging. Upload your label at the size you want it printed, then check the size on your free proof before we print. Die-cut labels ship as individual pieces, not on rolls.

Die-cut vinyl decals
Die-cut vinyl also works as a decal on laptops, toolboxes, windows and equipment. These are full-colour printed decals cut to shape, not cut-vinyl lettering, so your design can use as many colours as you like, gradients included.
For tools and gear that get knocked about, choose heavy-duty die-cut stickers, printed on thicker vinyl. For a decal you want to peel off cleanly later, choose removable die-cut stickers. For shop windows and glass, window clings hold on by static with no adhesive, so they come down and go back up again.

How pricing works
Die-cut stickers are priced by the area of your design, not by its shape. Multiply the width of your design by its height and pick the size that covers it: up to 4, 9, 16, 25, 36 or 50 square inches. A 2 x 2 inch sticker is 4 square inches and a 3 x 3 inch sticker is 9. If you only know your measurements, enter them in the calculator and it picks the right size for you.
The price per sticker drops as your quantity goes up, at 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1,000, 2,500 and 5,000 pieces. The minimum is 10 pieces per design. For a design up to 9 square inches, 100 stickers are $1.12 each and 1,000 are $0.46 each, before tax. The calculator at the top of this page shows your exact price before you add to cart.
Proof, production and shipping
After you order, we send a free digital proof of your sticker for you to approve. Production takes 2–7 business days after you approve the proof. Standard shipping then takes 1–2 business days in the GTA, 2–3 in Ontario and Quebec, 3–4 in Manitoba and Saskatchewan and 3–5 in Alberta, BC and Atlantic Canada.
