Custom 2027 Calendar Magnets, Made in Canada

A calendar magnet is the one piece of marketing people keep on purpose. It goes on the fridge in January and stays there all year, with your name, photo and phone number in front of the household every time someone checks a date. That is why realtors, mortgage brokers, insurance agents, dentists, contractors and schools send them out every fall.

Popular calendar magnet sizes

• 4" × 6": the classic postcard size. Room for a 12-month calendar plus your photo and contact details, and it mails in a standard envelope.
• 5" × 7": a bigger calendar that is easier to read across the kitchen.
• 5.5" × 8.5": half-letter size, for a large full-year calendar.
• 2" × 3.5": business-card size. Too small for a readable 12-month grid, but a good contact card with the year's key dates.

How many to order

Most agents send one to every client and contact on their mailing list, usually 250 to 1,000. The price per magnet drops at 100, 500 and 1,000, so check the next price break before you settle on a number.

Upload a print-ready PDF or a high-resolution image (300 DPI at the finished size). No calendar layout yet? The free 2027 calendar templates in Canva or Adobe Express work well: add your photo, logo and contact details, export a PDF and upload it. Every order gets a free digital proof, so you can check everything before we print.

When to order

For a mailing before the holidays, order by early December. Production takes 2 to 7 business days after you approve your proof, plus shipping. January mailings work just as well, since the new year is when people put up a fresh calendar.
