No — we have no minimum order requirement. You can order just one button or thousands.
How do I upload my design? Artwork
Upload JPG, PNG, PDF, AI files directly on the product page. Our team reviews every file for print quality.
Do you offer design help? Artwork
Yes — we’ll set up or clean up your design for free. Just leave a note at checkout.
How long does production take? Turnaround
2–3 business days plus shipping. Rush production is available at checkout.
Where do you ship? Shipping
We ship across Canada & USA. Local pickup in Toronto is also available.
Can I get a sample? Samples
Yes — you can order a single sample or a small batch to check size, finish, and print quality before ordering more.
What is your return policy? Returns
Since all products are custom-made, we can’t accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll fix it right away.

What file types and specs work best? Artwork
PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, or SVG. Use CMYK at 300 DPI with 1.6–3 mm bleed (size-dependent). Keep key text out of the rim/safety area.
Do I need to use your templates? Artwork
Templates help nail bleed/rim alignment but aren’t required. If you upload flat art, we’ll place it correctly and send a digital proof.
What is rim text? Artwork
Small text printed near the button edge—great for branding, URLs, or disclaimers. We keep it subtle along the curve.
What backs and finishes can I choose? Products
Can you make retail packs or display boxes? Packaging
Yes. Branded backer cards, multi-packs, display boxes, barcoding and bagging—retail-ready out of the box.
Do you offer rush production and same-day options? Turnaround
Yes—same-day or next-day on select items when artwork is approved before our ET cutoff. Tell us your deadline; we’ll map the fastest route.
Which carriers do you use? Shipping
Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, and FedEx. We’ll recommend the best balance of speed and value for your destination.
Can you split shipments or blind-ship? Fulfillment
Yes—multi-address distribution and blind/white-label shipping are available. We can use your return address and packing slip.
Can I pick up my order in Toronto? Pickup
Yes—Mon–Fri, 9–5 (ET). We’ll email when it’s ready for pickup.
How do I reorder the same design? Reorders
Reply with your previous order number or upload the same art again—note “reorder” at checkout and we’ll match specs.
Can I cancel after I approve the proof? Orders
Once production begins, orders can’t be cancelled. If there’s an issue, contact us and we’ll make it right.
What payment methods and taxes apply in Canada? Payment
We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. GST/HST is applied based on your shipping address. If you’re tax-exempt, send documentation before ordering.
Do you offer bulk pricing? Pricing
Yes—pricing scales with quantity. Ask for a quote if you’re planning a larger run or recurring program.
Are your products durable / eco-conscious? Quality
Yes—steel components and calibrated pressing for smooth edges and strong hold. We prioritize short Canadian supply chains and can use recyclable/low-ink packaging on request.
