Button Bros has manufactured wholesale custom buttons in Canada since 1990. Everything is pressed in-house at our Toronto facility, which means no import lead times, no customs surprises, and volume pricing that comes straight from the press floor. Whether you need 500 buttons for a festival or 50,000 for a national program, the process is the same: upload your artwork, approve a free digital proof, and we press.

Prices below are for our most popular size, the 2.25″ round. Smaller sizes cost less: a 1.25″ button is $0.45 at 2,500 pieces and $0.30 at 10,000+. All prices in CAD.

Multiple designs, one wholesale run

Split a run across designs and keep volume pricing on the total. A band ordering 1,000 buttons can split across 4 album designs; a school board can split 5,000 across ten schools. Each design gets its own proof.

How wholesale ordering works

Order directly through our button calculator for anything up to 10,000 pieces per design; pricing tiers apply automatically. For larger runs, standing orders, or invoice terms, email us and we will set it up. We keep your artwork on file so reorders take one sentence.

Wholesale Buttons FAQ

What is the minimum order for wholesale pricing? ↓

Volume discounts start at 50 pieces and deepen at every tier. Serious wholesale economics kick in at 500+ where a 2.25" button drops to $0.60, and at 10,000+ it reaches $0.40. There is no minimum order on buttons — the tiers simply reward volume.

Do you offer blind shipping for resellers? ↓

Yes. We blind ship with your packing slip (or none at all) so your client sees only your brand. Many Canadian print shops and promotional product distributors run their button work through us.

Can I split a large order across multiple designs? ↓

Yes. Split any run across designs and keep the volume price on the combined total. Each design gets its own free digital proof before we press.

How fast is bulk production? ↓

Standard production is 2 to 3 business days for most wholesale runs, plus shipping. Ten-thousand-piece-plus orders may need a few extra days — email us your in-hands date and we will confirm before you commit.

Do you accept purchase orders from schools and institutions? ↓

Yes. We regularly invoice schools, universities, unions, municipalities, and registered charities. Email us your PO and artwork and we will handle it from there.

Are the buttons actually made in Canada? ↓

Every button is pressed at our Toronto facility. No offshore production, no customs delays, and your deadline never depends on a container ship.
