Shipping, Production Times and Delivery
Everything we make is produced in-house at our Toronto facility, so your timeline is simple: 2 to 3 business days of production, plus shipping time to your region. Here is exactly how long things take and what your options are.
Your order timeline has two parts: production (us pressing or printing your order in Toronto) and shipping (the courier getting it to you). Because we manufacture everything in-house, production is fast and predictable.
Production time
Standard production is 2 to 3 business days for buttons, magnets, stickers, and patches after you approve your free digital proof. Very large runs can take a little longer, and we will tell you before you commit. Approving your proof quickly is the easiest way to keep your order moving.
Shipping time by region
Once your order ships, typical transit times with our couriers are:
- Toronto and the GTA: 1 to 2 business days (or skip shipping entirely with free local pickup)
- Ontario and Quebec: 2 to 3 business days
- Manitoba and Saskatchewan: 3 to 4 business days
- Alberta and British Columbia: 3 to 5 business days
- Atlantic Canada: 3 to 5 business days
- Northern territories: 5 to 7 business days
So a Vancouver order placed Monday typically arrives the following Wednesday to Friday: 2 to 3 days of production plus 3 to 5 days in transit. All shipments include tracking, emailed the moment your order leaves our floor.
Shipping cost
Your exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your address, before you pay. Local pickup in Toronto is always free. We also ship to the United States; US rates appear at checkout the same way.
Need it faster? Rush orders
Because the presses are ours, we can often accommodate rush production, including same-day in some cases for GTA pickup. Email buttonbrosorders@gmail.com with your artwork, quantity, and in-hands date before ordering, and we will confirm honestly whether we can hit your deadline.
Free Toronto pickup

Production is 2 to 3 business days after proof approval, plus shipping: 1 to 2 days in the GTA, 2 to 3 days for Ontario and Quebec, and 3 to 5 days for Western and Atlantic Canada. Most Canadian orders arrive within 4 to 8 business days of ordering.
