Upload Your Gang Sheet

Your gang sheet file must be 300 DPI, exactly 22 inches wide, and saved as a PNG or PDF with a transparent background. The length should match the sheet size you select — from 5" to 200". CMYK colour mode is preferred for the most accurate colour reproduction, but we also accept RGB. Vector-based PDFs produce the sharpest results at any size.

We accept PNG and PDF files for gang sheet uploads. PNG files must have a transparent background. PDF files can be raster or vector — vector PDFs produce the sharpest output. We also accept AI, EPS, and SVG files. All files must be 300 DPI and exactly 22 inches wide.

Your file should be 300 DPI (dots per inch) for optimal print quality. Files below 200 DPI may appear pixelated or blurry when printed. At 300 DPI, a 22"x100" gang sheet would be approximately 6,600 x 30,000 pixels. If your file is large, save it as a flattened PNG or a vector-based PDF to keep the file size manageable.

We review every gang sheet upload before printing. If we spot problems — designs too close to the edge, resolution too low, incorrect dimensions, or missing transparency — we'll contact you with a free digital proof and recommendations before proceeding. We won't print a sheet that won't produce quality results. Common issues include files that aren't exactly 22" wide, low-resolution images, and white backgrounds instead of transparent.

Instead of receiving one large sheet to cut yourself, each design is cleanly separated and ready to go straight to the heat press. Just tell us how many pieces are on your sheet when you place your order. It's ideal for production environments where time is money.

Pricing is based on sheet length — all sheets are 22" wide. Prices range from $2.00 for a 22"x5" sheet up to $79.99 for a 22"x200" sheet, with costs as low as $0.018 per square inch on larger sheets. The longer the sheet, the lower your cost per square inch. Gang sheets are the most cost-effective way to order DTF transfers in volume — arrange as many designs as you can fit to maximize value.
