All patches come with your choice of backing: iron on patches (heat applied for permanent attachment with a heat press or iron), peel & stick (adhesive backing for easy application without heat), or sew-on (designed for hand or machine stitching). Iron on backing is our most popular option — it creates a strong, permanent bond on hats, jackets, bags, uniforms, and denim.
Choose from circle, square, rectangle, oval, or custom die-cut shapes trimmed to the exact outline of your design. Custom shapes are ideal for logos, mascots, and unique branding. Our genuine leather patches add a premium, professional look and are available with debossed or laser-etched designs.
